About
Sara Shoemaker Lind is an award winning photographer and master scuba diver. Creating images is both a passion and vocation for Sara. Her work focuses on the dynamic energy of light, color and shape. Underwater work is her favored specialty as it has challenged her abilities in such an extreme but rewarding way.

Sara has a BA degree in Fine Art-Photography from Stanford University and also studied at Brooks Institute. She has worked on projects for many distinguished clients including the Monterey Bay Aquarium, National Geographic Diver, PADI, GE and World Wildlife Fund. Her images have been published in numerous editorial, corporate and educational media and she exhibits in juried shows and fine art galleries.

Sara also contributes her creative efforts to charitable organizations with a marine conservation and education priority. She is an active member of The Explorers Club, Professional Photographers of America and serves on the Board of the Our World-Underwater Scholarship Society.

When Sara is not on location for work projects, she lives in San Francisco, California with her husband and dachshund.
